Due to the limited nature of our releases, Saint Lois does not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please ensure you select the correct size and provide accurate delivery information before completing your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, contact Saint Lois immediately with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue so we can review the situation.

Saint Lois reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
